We are Shaun Palfrey and Deaglan Hall, and with 25 years of local butchery
experience between us, we can safely say that we know our meat. In 2013 we
decided to go into partnership together, and set up Palfrey & Hall to provide
an artisan cutting, smoking and curing service to the local smallholding -
and meat loving - community.
